Born under unusual circumstances, Benjamin Button (Brad Pitt) springs into being as an elderly man in a New Orleans nursing home and ages in reverse. Twelve years after his birth, he meets Daisy, a child who flickers in and out of his life as she grows up to be a dancer (Cate Blanchett).

The Curious Case of Benjamin Button is a musical with book and lyrics by Jethro Compton, music and lyrics by Darren Clark based on the 1922 short story of the same name by F. Scott Fitzgerald. This movie is not awful. It’s good but honestly not without flaws. Brad Pitt and Cate Blanchett did a great job in this movie. The romance was my biggest issue with this movie because it was too damn creepy that I started not to care for that portion of the movie.

Brad Pitt and Cate Blanchett did a great job in this movie. The romance was my biggest issue with this movie because it was too damn creepy that I started not to care for that portion of the movie. 2009-02-06 2008-08-23 "The Curious Case Of Benjamin Button" would seem to have everything going for it - major stars, an enormous budget, and a conceit that can't be beat.
